I know, I know I have been awol for some time. Typical crazy time of the year, kids parties and concerts and whatnot!!!

On top of all the busyness, we have also had a lot of sickies in the house, Sarah got the vomitting bug twice!! Jamie then got it, first time he has ever been sick in his 3yr life and boy, did he take it bad!!! Is it a sign of things to come? Man plays on sickness??

I hope you all had a wonderful holiday time with your families and friends, ours was a great day :) I got the Wii Fit as I have promised myself I want to get back into yoga practice. I used to be very good at it but have slipped up on it. Discovered the wii fit has yoga so going to see if it makes me flexy again, right now, I am as a flexible as lead pipe!!

After a 30 min session on it last night I am as stiff as a board!!!

Anyway, I just wanted you to know that my store has a 30% sale starting today until Jan 5th, after which I will be back to designing after my little break, or, when the kids go back to school LOL

Have a wonderful new years everyone, and thank you for all your support over my past 4 months as a designer :)

Have you been wondering where I am?? No? Well, BOO you LOL

I suffer from Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, (CTS). The symptoms started when I was around 7 months pregnant with Jamie (Remind me, why do woman insist on going through bearing children?) For those unfamiliar with the condition, its a swelling of the joints around the wrists. My dr explained it well to me. If you turn the palm of your hand towards you and feel with your other hand on the wrist, you will feel two 'bony bits' He told me thats like a little tunnel with lots of nerves running through the tunnel. With CTS, fluid builds up in that tunnel putting the pressure on those nerves which causes pain and discomfort, the pain not only affects the wrists (in my case my right thumb is the most uncomfortable) But also I have pain in my elbows, shoulders even hips.

Its aggrivated more in colder months (We are experiencing tempatures as low as minus 5) but added to that spending time scrapping and designing, its a killer. So, my typing has been limited. BUT, for the past 4 days I got a creative zapping, and I needed to work on a kit, which I finished today. If you are not on my CT, you wont see it until Monday, bwhaahaaa (sorry)

Anyway, I have a teeny tiny favour to ask (*insert, big, pleading, grin)

My dear friend Blythe Evans has entered her layout into the wacom pen scrappers competition, and I would be eternally grateful if you could vote for her layout here its a beautiful layout worthy of winning IMO :), so please, please, please vote for her.
